I think its a combo of the low-fat contest condition and protan.  In other pics I've seen of her she's not bad.

This proves that weight classes work, it give a fair shake to the "ankle biters" that wouldn't have a chance otherwise. If they did this in the Olympia guys like Silvio would have a fair comparison to the bigger guys like Cutler and Coleman. Silvio wouldn't definatly have a good shot at beating Cutler in a side by side by themselves comparison!
