seriously... I am going to try this today with an old bent bar that the gym is throwing out.

hehehe... i don't think it will bother my back... the precise truth is that my back hurts when i load an unload a barbell on the floor.... stupid huh?



anyway, this should be a new strongman event

From the second story of the gym, it's alot easier to hit people, my throw hit the yoga instructor in the adams apple. Probably better for her.
