Those 5 page long ads featuring Tom Platz from a few years ago in which he promises to reveal the secrets of building 'INSANE' amount of muscle? ;D

ND or someone should scan that ad - puts all the Muscletech ones to shame easy 8)

Yeah I remember those ads, they ran in like the mid 90's.

They were the "secrets" on how, with "horrible genetics", he won the Mr. Universe.  Good stuff  ;D

What was Platz, 6'4"?  he never did have the leg mass to compensate for that height, though.

What's ya smokin 240? Platz was 5'8"-5'9" According to Matt C a height of 5'9"3/4, would be better though.

I think 240 is referring to Mike Platz who won the Canadians--he was around 6 foot 4
