growth does ruin the sport. it increases muscle size but it also increases connective tissue size and tendon size and muscle sheathing size, bone size. It gives these guys the sinuous hard look, but I'd rather look at large muscle not enlarged connective tissue.

There's a difference between what he MIGHT have done as opposed to the abuse thats going today. Back then and even in the 60's and 70's anymore than 1cc of Deca per week and 4 Dbol's per day was considered enough, anymore than that was considerd alot!
