When Sivio lived here in Spain, his weight was 85-87 kilos and his definition is´nt the same as now.Almost 7-8 kilos (17-8 lbs) more, his body is much better now in USA.

Silvio´s potential is incredible, but only discipline is his limit.

He takes on the challenges set before him and leaves them in the dust.

Personaly i still dont like his physic. Its too narrow.
I prefer Will Harris more.

It's a matter of preference, but Silvio is pretty much flawless.

Dont get carried away, I like him but "Flawless" he is not.
Needs to bring up the Calves, Thickness in his back and continue to rip up the thighs.
His posing is getting better but he is DEFINITELY a work in progess and his victory in Texas proves he is progressing in the right direction, he is just not there yet but time is on his side more than it is for QT, Will Harris and B Wilmore. :-*

Being signed with VYO Tech Nutritionals I'm certain helped him climb back into Olympia Qualification by landing in 3rd at the Europa and after getting blasted at the O last year while having to re-qualify this year looking a lot better too! :o

I'm certain you can email him and he can speak for himself but he was drinking the hell out of the Goat Whey this I can assure you of. 8)
He's 36 this year.

 207 is what he weighed in at but, i am guessing that he actually competed a little heavier.. especially for the over 210 contest.. a day of carb loading will do wonders in regards to weight.. ;)

Thats the beauty of it...there was no carb loading, and for that matter....nothing to go wrong/ bloat the midsection/ backfire/ etc.

Hey Shawn, how were you able to keep from getting the gut that all these guys have now? Even Silvio has it when he relaxes his midsection. Do you think it was just genetics?

Same question goes for Chick too, as his waistline has remained in check also.
