Interesting use of Adonis' picture on Swedish news site

The image that "TrueAdonis" gave me several months ago is currently public domain, meaning that it can be used by anyone for any purposes and I suppose that news organizations also use Creative Commons images for various purposes. I found this news article about a man who was arrested for having "large muscles" by a police officer who thought that his muscles could only be the result of Anabolic Steroids. He was forced to take a drug test to test for Anabolic Steroids. He passed.

The picture they used must have been taken from Creative Commons and is a picture I uploaded of "TrueAdonis" which he released the rights to. Here is the article:
