Everything I posted in my previous post was contrary to actual fact. The purpose of using "sarcasm" in this case was to point out that Rudy's claims aren't weighted in historical fact and he offered no other evidence to suggest that they were of any particular prescience.

Even if Giulliani took office on the day he was elected,  it still would have been over 9 months after the first WTC attack occurred.
