Something I'm realizing about pro BB'ers

They all looked way better (balance/symmetry) before they became pro, or in some cases before they got too big..
I was just watching Blood and Guts, Dorian in 1989 looked 10x better then he did as Mr.O, same goes for Priest, D. James, M. Ruhl and most definetly R. Coleman.

Does anyone agree/disagree ?

I think a lot of these guys destroyed the beautiful physiques they had by getting too big.

as far as being attractive; yes. they used to look better.    but as far as bodybuilding goes...no; the majority look better now.

I just think the physiques look a lot more streamlines, aesthetic, had better flow when these guys were going up the ranks in the NPC and such..as soon as they won their pro cards they destroyed their physiques.. with that being said, I think all pro's would look much better -15-20lbs. of muscle/size

Dorian's physique set the precedent when he was awarded for putting on extra size at the expense of symmetry.  It's been downhill ever since.
