many may shit on him, but you gotta admire his drive just to be the best ever via number of olympias won.  he has absolutely nothing to prove now, he's just doing this for the challenge.

The judges could care less who is signed with who......they get nothing more or less either way.

Do a bit of research and you'll find that Lee Haney switched from Weider to someone else (possibly Twinlab) before his 8th Mr Olympia win and the IFBB still 'let him' win it and break Arnold's record in the process.

It may not show on this shorter version but Coleman was training with intensity and large poundage seven weeks out from the O. True but back then, it's was still "Joe Weider's Mr Olympia" not "MuscleTech's Mr Olympia".

I think it's simplistic to thinkg that supplements companies aren't playing any kind of influence... I wasn't such a supplement company dominated "industry" 10 years ago.

  Because, according to some, I have 55 different usernames and I am, simultaneously, Dan Duchaine, ND, Oliver Klaushof, IceCold, etc, etc, etc, en absurdum. the handle is the way to show that it's really me.

the judges care more about politics than properly judging a contest.
otherwise they would read the rulebook, realize a man with a huge gut doesn't exactly
represent the bodybuilding ideal, and not reward him the olympia title 8 times.
