It may not show on this shorter version but Coleman was training with intensity and large poundage seven weeks out from the O. He punched out 7 plates on the t-bar for a total 25 reps with plenty more left in the tank. Judging by that and the high rep/heavy bent over rows that followed.........the "back" may be back.

Im sure Bob will agree, he was in tighter condition this far out than he has been in the past.

The Olympia is cooking up to be a storm and I think Ronnie will be determined not to make the mistakes of last year.

if ronnie makes sure that his body is in good symetry(specifically his back), and his condidtiona and size from this video are a good indication f whats to come. i would bet my stang that he wins the olympia

he uses a lot of what Dr Colker calls "body English" in his movements, too bad these gents do not train with better form, imagine how much more they would get out of their workouts...

Ronnie looks great for the little we can see. Great to see he is doing different things this year (like in the video, a lot more reps on exercises). and he says 25-30 reps with 7 plates on t bar rows are 'easy'
