Press like 205 front for 4 hard reps... I can't behind the neck press it though.
Dumbells I stick with 80's for like 6-7 reps. 85 is heaviest my gym has.
for some reason shoulder presses just don't agree with me too well. i've done 205x4 as well, hit 225 for a double once. dumbbell-wise the most i've gotten was a pair of 105s for four. meanwhile i close-gripped 320 last saturday. my shoulders just blow, i think.
lately i just do standing militaries, 135 for sets of 8, pause at the bottom of each rep.
