in all seriousness 225 for 8-10 is awesome and more weight than you see 99 percent of people in gyms strictly pressing.

I can do 225 for 13,250 for 7,275 for 3 free weight,dumbbells 110 for 13,120 for 7,125 for 4.at 6'1 260

Hmm. Probably a 2-2. Very controlled and slowish. I think the problem was too much weight, going too low, and behind the neck! I always looked in the mirror and I went 'til the bar was just about touching the rear delts. Just too heavy, too low, btn and did it for years. It was probably inevitable it would go. I want a wayback machine on this one.
