no voice
« on: August 16, 2007, 11:59:38 AM »
does anyone else feel like they have no voice?
i have written to my reps and heard nothing.
vote A or B and you still get the same old shit.
i hate the direction this country is going and i cant do a damn thing about it.
cant stop the machine.
does anyone know of any forums or websites that point in this direction?

i realize government is needed and should be set-up to serve its citizens, but i feel far from that.
congress cant decide what to do with war or illigals, but they can quickly decide on a 8 million $ gym upgrade!!!!  wtf!!!!

You have a voice.  It's just a lot louder if you can donate a lot of money to a particular candidate.

That said, if you truly want to be heard I think you can go meet with your council member, state rep, and Congressional rep if you call and make an appointment.  Try it.

Also, try writing letters to the editor.
