I wouldn't take you as my defense attorney, Jason.  He's playing the motherfuccking lottery if he takes this to trial.  One year is absolutely nothing.  He gets out, he's still an a-list quarterback skills-wise, some down-on-their-luck team will take him.  Best case:  in 5 years, nobody even remembers this.

Hell, even if he's innocent (which he's not), this is a sweethart deal.  He'll be treated like royalty for the measly 12 months he's in "club fed".
