Why do people cut their T-shirts up?

Seems like every tool, whether big or small is cutting their t-shirts so the whole sides of them are gone, just the collar and down by the waist remaining. Half the tools in the gym are doing this. Do they not know how gay it looks? Why the fuck do people work out in what are essentially togas?

some t-shirts require the removal of the sleeves and the neck to be more comfortable ;), but never down the whole side like you mention, that's gay.

Had a cousin who grew up in Michigan. Only experence I have with it is from the Moorer film about the auto industry.

you should see the beaners at my gym,all kinds of stupid shit.
Like danielson said,cut all the way down,but how about scissor cuts so the sleeves and bottom look like tassels ::)
and my personal favorite,guys that cut the shirt off at the bottom so they have belly shirts :-\

Used to be an ok state. Good blue collar people, but the plants are mostly closing now. Economy sucks, Flint, Pontiac and Detroit get all national publicity for their crimes, but the trailer park communities are no better. It's a horrible place to live right now.

It's like that everwhere. Here in VA it used to be the top schools in the nations (HS/Grammer/Middle) but now are shit. the crime rate from DC is spilling over fast and furious into the burbs, and the traffic is enough to cause a war. Grew up in Cali and left for that reason and it's now here. I may have to move to Maine next.

I am exaggerating a bit. It's not as bad as Detroit, there are a few places that are not that bad. If you go, I am 5 minutes away, there are some cool places outside of Pontiac where I go that I could show you. Quite a few hot bitches actually, and since most Doctors are middle eastern around here, the bitches would go nuts over you. Plus, right outside of Pontiac is the nicest gym I have ever seen, you would love it. It's basically a place for rich people to go and socialize, I go with my buddy Meathead sometimes, but I am not into fancy gyms too much. Since you are just visiting though, it would be perfect for you, almost impossible not to find a hot bitch there any time of the day. Let me know when you find out.
