I've just started Dieting ( trying to cut fat ) and, like always, my Hunger is going through the roof ! It seems like I'm hungry while EATING ... kinda strange, I think ?
Anyways, is there anything I can do to combat this ? Especially ( as I type ) in the middle of the night ? I guess I was leaning towards certain foods to eat or snack on before and in between sleep ... any Anti-catabolic supplements any of you would recommend either ? I was sorta leaning towards Animal Nitro ... let me know what you think guys. I appreciate the help as always from my GetBig family.
