.... your max bench 10 times? this is what an old school guy told me a good lifter should be able to do. btw, i can only get 6-8 reps with mine.

The most I ever benched was 375, and my legs being my best bodypart I could probably squat that 10 times relatively easily. Im just lucky tho, I used to be really fat so my legs got really strong from lugging my body around everywhere...
