Maybe you can push up your let's say 200lb. bodyweight quite a few times but It's alot harder to bench press 200lbs. Anyone knows why this is the case?
No. Great question tho. I bet Michael J Fox could go back to the future and find the answer for us, but only the doc would understand the paradox.
Put a scale under your palms when you start push ups, and you see that you are pushing only part of your body weight. It is just same when you try to lift piano or car or something like that: it is easy lift one end of it, but lifting the whole thing is quite difficult. Ok, piano could be little bit too big for you guys, put you can test it with some smaller thing, like a broomstick or something...
I only do hand stand pushups with a couple of 45lbs plates tied to me...but that is just my warm up
if this question is what I think it is ...Are you fucking retarded?
hahaha, i'll bet the 455 pound behind the neck press guy could lift the whole piano with one arm.
Push ups are for homo's.
So now you are telling me that in the america you need more than one man for moving a piano? You lying bitch, go fuc*k yourself
I quess thats why you are so good at it "mars".
because when doing a push up you're only doing part of your weight using lever type action
Actually those are great! I dug a hole in my backyard to accomodate my head.
Retarded question indeedTry pushups with your feet floatingin the air unsupported
