Actually, Don looked great that evening. I was at the Flex Wheeler Classic. Those pictures don't do justice, but I have a video of it, so hopefully, will put it up soon. He has a great attitude towards life, and actualy looked very good. He is working for ISS Supplements. If he competed, he could do very well at various IFBB Pro shows.

You make me seriously wonder sometimes. I'll omit opinions on MOST of what you said but that last sentence is complete garbage.

Don Long guest posed at Jr. Nats and looked awesome. In shape and bigger than I thought he'd be with his issues.  Put on a good routine.  Dudes doin what he has to I guess, but I'll admit I wonder at what price.  If he could play the water game, I agree he could do well in shows.
