Heard from Dave last night, he won his class but failed to take the overall. I have seen, and in my own way, have done everything with Dave through just about everything since we were 12 years old and i'm damn proud of him. He says he is retired now and a long career has come to an end.

What is his pro card going to get him?  He isn't going to get showered with endorsement deals.  He will never place top 10 in any pro show.  Are you nuts Arvilla?

Why do you care?  If this is his goal then he should go for it.  He looked great and won his class.  Just missed his card that's all.  Hell if your goal is to climb Mt Everest should you not do it because you don't get anything for it?  That can kill you as well. Actually you will die much faster doing that then bodybuilding.  You guys are so hung up on the fact that this is SO dangerous.  You have no clue how much people are doing and what they are doing.  You all just assume they are "juiced to the gills".  Stop worrying so much about others.
