You're right, I don't know what you take, and I don't really mean to say it is/ever was very much, but similarly it seems unnecessary to say mean shit about Milos when the guy looks great and doesn't unprovokedly bash people on here. That is all.
He's not putting him down.  He's just saying he lacks "thickness".   He's certainly not saying he looks like shit.

With Milos' workout you hit ATP levels within 2 mins or less, this workout that I posted CLEARLY lasts more that 2 minutes during just the first round of this particular workout. Learn to interperate what I say before you come off as if you know what the fuck you're talking about!!

Phytic acid contains a large number of phosphate groups. These phosphate groups are similar to those contaid in adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Energy is generated when adenosine triphosphate gets converted to adenosine diphosphate(ADP). This energy is then available to the muscle fiber.

So what does phytic acid have to do with the aminos and carbs in Milos' drink? Is phytic acid formed from aminos and carbs? Seriously, I don't know so this is a serious question.

I do recall some supplement company selling phytic acid.
