Funny how he accuses others of using insulin which he thinks is immediate death but admits to taking diuretics for a week straight in the past. Diuretics have potential to do a lot more damage in the short run. He even admits to having horrible rebounds after diuretics - which means his body (mineral levels) was seriously out of whack.

My perspective has changed a lot as my kid has gotten older. For many fathers, the role of 'Dad' takes on a lot more meaning after the first few years.

That said, he's got the sort of physique that could be very competitive in the PDI.
