Well this is txhulk's FIANCE again and i have been working out for bout a 2 years but i wasnt to into it at first but for the past i would say year now i have been training semi hard... true i do need to clean the diet up alittle but
i haved pretty good gains and I would like to see what would be the best for gains not losing weight or anything....

well, if youre not going to compete/ model i wouldnt recommend anything. remember that these are hormones for men, not women. if you were trying to make a career out of it and thought it was worth the risks....id say go for it. however, you havent said anything in regard to competing....only that you need to clean up the diet and want to gain mass....

so im going back to my original post...anavar

just rememebr, it is easier to bump up a dose over time....then to try to back it down when its too late...

Come on bro. I've said several times that any post made in reference to a female poster on here that was negative in anyway would be removed. I'm all for everyone having fun and busting each others balls on here, but when it comes to the female bashing, even if it is joking, if it could be perceived as harsh it gets tossed. After all, there is not one major steroid board out there that is successful that allows these types of post.

can you give an example of a typical work out? I'm curious to know what training "semi hard" looks like. Not trying to bust your chops. and what does your diet look like? Gaining good lean mass is all about the diet, try not to start out with the mind set that supps will get you "bigger". You still gotta eat and train hard, if you're not doing that you will be wasting your money.

Mon- Chest and Abs
Tues- Back and Calves
Weds- OFF
Thurs- Shoulders
Fri- Legs
Sat- Bi's and Tri's
Sun- OFF

My Diet consist of mainly alot of chicken, brown rice, red meat, protein shakes, egg whites, regular eggs and here and there junk food thats where i need to clean it up

I just feel great w/ a good pump. Its the clearest headed feeling in the world..
