Nasser El Sonbaty: start to finish
« on: August 21, 2007, 10:13:18 AM »
The 2005 Europa was Nasser’s last contest. I think it is safe to say that he is done competing.  Does anyone have pix from his first shows: the 1990 Grand Prix in Finland, France or Holland?

His Europa pix:

There are a variety of reasons, but if you have a contract with a company which says you need to compete at least once or twice a year, then you need to compete. Hopefully, you will come into shape when you are up there.

As you get older, your body changes and what may have worked in the past doesn't necessarily work. You need to change your diet, training, etc.   And of course, those last crucial few days, where it can make or break a show.  You can look great two days before a contest, and come up smooth at prejuding.

Are you going to compete anytime soon?

The trouble is Ron, you can give that sort of advice to guys on this board and they'll still produce smart ass comments. Like the one above I guess.

Are you saying BayGay is the kind of guy who writes a letter to the editor of FLEX magazine, demanding they start a 'Ripped glutes' pictorial series, Sir William?
