Based ona new report..this is what happens when u don't allow you're main Intelligence Agency to do their job. I understand that a balance must be struck between the semi-out of control CIA of the 50's and the usless one of the post colds war 90's. Its important for both sides of the isle to use this report to fix the problems instead of finger point on a poltical level...

WASHINGTON (AP) - The CIA's top leaders failed to use their available powers, never developed a comprehensive plan to stop al-Qaida and missed crucial opportunities to thwart two hijackers in the run-up to Sept. 11, the agency's own watchdog concluded in a bruising report released Tuesday......

I hope your joking, Clinton made more attempts to kill Osama than Bush, ever has or will. If it was not for the Monica thing and dumb ass repubs hammering away at him for going after Osama in what they compared to a "Wag the Dog" move (movie) then he would have already been dead. Where the heck did u get that one....Clinton had a shot at him in 1998. The CIA was not allowed to smoke him. All they could do was hand off the Intel the military..which would get u nowhere if ur looking down the barrel of your weapon with OBL in front of you. They had a shot at him but he was meeting with folks from the UAE and Bill didn't want to upset the apple cart with OBL's brains in the UEA guys' lap.
