vince taylor works out with some puny weights, he's a great BB but he doesn't exactly light the wrold on fire with the poundages I've seen him use in some video's, I think it was last years BFTO, he did some cool stuff that I would never have tought of but he was doing it with like 1 45lbs plate on the hammer pulldown machine. :-\
nasser=piece of shit

15 or so reps i think with 225 is hardly impressive. his overall physique would suggest maybe 30+ reps

tho ive never seen a trianing vid of him

Yawn. Who cares.  It's bodybuilding--not weightlifting.  Even the people whom you think are strong may not be.  Phony weights in photo shoots are quite common.  Why waste time being impressed with something that may not even be real.  ::)

at 51yrs old, it's not necessary for vince at this stage in the game to go heavy. for what reason?

i dont know what nasser was thinking in the bench contest at the olympia.

it seemed he was under the impression of doing the reps as slow and making them as hard as possible.

during his prime, you dont get to be that size without training heavy.

in bfto 96, he's doing reverse grip rows with 4 plates for reps.
