Either way, I think Tyson would overwhelm CC with his style.. we're talking about Tyson in his prime here, not now..
back then he came at guys like a freight train, and considering he's one of the hardest hitters in boxing (16 oz. gloves!!!) I don't know how you guys think CC would beat him, let alone survive 30 seconds. I love CC but he's not the greatest fighter under pressure, when he starts back-pedaling he makes mistakes, Tyson would just use that to open him up and  start landing serious combo's. And considering the kind of shots Tyson's taken head on in his heavyweight career, YES I do think he wouldn't go down after a CC leg kick, might have him seeing stars for a few seconds but I doubt he would go down that easily.

I will save you the trouble, the answer is 0 Mike was great at beating up light heavyweights and old men, but other than that Mike was a bum.

In his prime, Tyson wouldn't even need to kick. Go watch a few of his fights when he was coming up. He woulda trained to avoid CC's kicks (which at the time he had the best movement) and abused him up close eventually knocking him the fuck out.
