eat Clean

guys i just wanna ask for opinion frm you... im been eating clean for the past 15 days. is it adviceable for me to take a day off this saturday? or should i diet up for another 15 days n then take a day off? advice pls..

I cycle through the week.
Monday to Friday I am very strict.
Saturday I eat more but still very clean.
Sunday I eat what I want with in reason, this keeps me sane and I do loose weight this way.

also depends on what you mean by eating clean. if you are on a ketogenic diet it would be beneficial to cycle in some carbs.  

post your diet and you will be able to get more precise responses.

IMO it depends on how fat you are and if you are on a ketogentic diet or not.

If it is a balanced diet and you are 30% fat then the low calories alone will help you lose weight provided you are not downing doughnuts, bratwurst and shit.  Of course low carb diets then fruit is sparse.

people say that because fructose is more easily converted to fat. 

depending on you diet and goals you may need to cut fruit or atleast restrict its intake.

hey brotha's i was 94kg's before i started eating clean.. after 2weeks + now i weight 90kg's
is this considered good or im loosing weight too fast/slow?

Depending  how much water your holding this could be considered safe and normal rate.  Though mass gainer is notmy choice when dieting down.
