Maybe that's his cell on Rikers Island. Long time prisoners can trade for extra perks, like that old exercise equipment dumped around his cell. If you rolled up that window shade there would probably be bars behind there. Maybe we could get a lawyer to work pro bono and see if he could get Pumpster out of the joint.
