First single was Alice Cooper and Poison. I saw the song and was blown away by how cool he looked and sounded. Long hair, leather jacket, 'don't give a fuck' attitude. [Of course that is before i found out he was a christian golf nut.] Still think its a great song, maybe i'll slam that 45 on the turntable later!
First album was Dire Straights and money for nothing. Don't know why. Some pretty good songs [tunnel of love, romeo and juliet, brothers in arms], but alot of soft rock bollocks. A waste of pocket money. [or 'allowance' as you yanks say].
