I give you credit. Few people can achieve much naturally.
Cheers mate. I just put in a lot of work - split each body part by itself, train every body part once every 2 weeks for 3 hours a session - heaps of basic, compound movements with a double or triple drop on every set of every exercise.
So I do 2 main sets and fail at 6, 10-12 and around 15 reps on the triple drop. Take about 8 - 12 mins between sets to catch up with people and get back nearly all of my strength so I can lift my max weight every time (for 6 reps)
