Great Most Muscular and your back is wide as hell kiwiol, prob just need to drop like 10% bf or something to really look crazy 8).

Cheers mate. I just put in a lot of work - split each body part by itself, train every body part once every 2 weeks for 3 hours a session - heaps of basic, compound movements with a double or triple drop on every set of every exercise.

So I do 2 main sets and fail at 6, 10-12 and around 15 reps on the triple drop. Take about 8 - 12 mins between sets to catch up with people and get back nearly all of my strength so I can lift my max weight every time (for 6 reps)

And no, I haven't set foot inside the gym in about 4 months or so - I'm still recovering from the whole 'bolt in the head' thingy ;D

no offense dude like i said you look great but even Dzul's upper body is way bigger and more cut than yours but yeah he obviously is a juicer.

I haven't tried even PH dude. The most I've done is Creatine and Animal Stak's M Stak which was pretty good.
