Coach is the most well-rounded. Milos seems to be a bodybuilding specialist.

Thats what I was thinking too. I wouldn't want to look like a bodybuilder and lose my speed. Coach trains athletes, Milos trains BBers. Not sure what Arvilla trains, maybe broads.
