I like the guy.  But his arms and legs just look SMALL here.

in that case, his chest and back looked like they were too BIG and not right for that generation.

Seriously, his chest looks too wide.  his back looks too wide.  He's a heck of a nice guy, family man, etc.  But I can't see how he beat guys with bigger arms and legs.

I've always thought he had a weird physique, he was also the first true mass monster if I recall correctly competing at 250 pounds yet he looks nowhere near 250 pounds which is opposite of what you mostly have, looking bigger than they weigh

Haney had weak bodyparts if you looked at them individually. But when you saw the whole package it was like DAMN! The overall impact of his physique was tremendous for his time.

no of the bbers in his time were 100% well balanced,.BALANCE only became a big hit and realized by judges since Dorian won the Olympia,

Lee's legs were as good as 99% of the pros in his day, his forearms were massive. So what if his upper arms were a bit off, on stage he owned everyone. Pros today have less proportion then the guys did back then and GH guts 10'' bigger.

it's kind of funny how you guys speak in relative terms.  Haney and any other pro has arms bigger than 99.9% of getbiggers and the average person, hell the average gym rat would consider those arms MASSIVE

For those who were training and following pro bodybuilding in Haney's era, I remember that everyone wanted to look like Lee Haney..He was clearly the best by a mile.
