i get too many same questions on here ovr and over again about insulin and how much it contributes to  thjckness of the physiqe,,

to answer this once and forever,,insulin is the direct and sole responsible for you seeing us walking at 230lb-240lb+ 6% at 5'9 height,,you dont take insulin you wont get there period no matter what your grandmother told you or your neigbor heard,,you dont use insulin you will never be lean and thick as in over 230lb thick,,you will stop somewhere at 195-220lb true 6% at 5'9 with out the use of slin

insulin is 20-30lb of quality muscle added to the physiqe as long as it is taken with t3 and enough good carbs and prtiens,,the shorter life of the insulin the better you will be but both humulin r and humalog will get the job done

with insulin you will develop a gut this is a side effect that will happen over time so if used its needed to be used wizely by those bodybuilders who like their fitness model level midsection which is tight flat and defined,,

the right use of insulin swole your physiqe,,blare defintion yet increase muscle size from within and thicken the physiqe to the level the 200lb 6% bodybuilder wanna get,,

the use of insulin is a must for a professional bodybuilder and any amatuer level at state level of above now days

insulin is the one hormone that every one that into serious lifting in your gym uses and yet claim to be natural..insulin is legal to get and abused and misused by majority of americans with or with out diabetes

those are the facts fellas,be careful with it because you do need to know your mesurments and timing with this product,,addition of t3 is a must so you do not get fat no mater how clean you eat

with the addition of t3 and ephedrine you can cheat even on insulin

insulin is what any guy in your local gym over 220-230lb 6% at 5'9 is taking and using no matter what lie he sells you

Yes, but it might not be enough, so naturally you want to eat more cookies... between 30-50 after each workout to get the same effect.   ;)

True, you will be bigger with insulin, but compared to BBers you don't use insulin, they're not nearly as ripped and conditioned and most have ruined their symmetry.

is this why most bodybuilders today have like 5% bf but look soft?  The guys from the 70s-80s looked alot harder and more conditioned than most guys today, but obviously were smaller

30-50!     Wouldnt that lead to overtraining?
