Rounded up that's:

47% Vitargo or Malto
28% grams whey or cassein
10% grams creatine
10% grams essential amino acids
5% grams glutamine

Aren't you a software engineer?  8)

Garraeth, SteelePegasus, agree with you I though the same but there is so only so much you can do with ASP... They're still the only one out there who do it that well so far.

I don't think that ASP is the limiting factor. They just need a new UI design...think of this as a beta version..Now they are getting customer feedback

they could hire a flash designer for something sleek or use ajax..

True. But if you take the "size of servings approcach" and set the size at let's say "60g", when you breakdown the content, you're going back to "percentages" in a certain way....

That was probably their logic when they designed it...

Anyway, by experience I've noticed that taking different kind of protein at different time of the day makes hell of a difference (morning, pre-workout, post-workout) and wouldn'tve been economical with "commercial prepackaged" products...

Good idea, but as others have stated there should be defined options.

I would like this mix:

50 grams Vitargo or Malto
30 grams whey or cassein
10 grams creatine
10 grams essential amino acids
5 grams glutamine

they dont have vitargo they have WMS- waxy maize starch

also when you order , order 16lb or more  because this way you will get amount discount  also you can use discount code and save , so this way you will save 10% on your order

50 %  Malto
25 % whey or cassein
10 % creatine
10 % essential amino acids
5 % glutamine

also they have cheapest omega-3

also the good thing is if you are buying in bulk , for example 20lb , and want amount discount , you dont have to choose one flavor , when you order choose one flavor , for example premium french vanila , and then in order comments write what flavors you want , you can take for every 1lb different flavor and dont pay higher price , in my last order I ordered 16lb of whey isolate  , so I got amount discount and used discount code and saved 10% , and got 8x2lb all different premium flavors , I wrote what flavors I want in order comments

"fraction of the cost" = 7/8ths of the cost in a plain white tub with absolutely no way of verifying content

protein supplements are worthless anyway, solid food is fine even post workout.  cottage cheese is just as convenient and cheaper, better digested as well.

heh. Have you not see what I can do with ASP? www.mall23.com (check out the demos) for example ...? Language doesn't matter...I could do it in good old assembler if I had the time to code everything manually, and have done tons of inet stuff in C (not C++...ANSI C is faster multi-threaded, by far). I could code that puppy up in some nice ASP/JS AJAX in no time. The company I'm making now has AJAX on the site...smooth, I love AJAX...as well as parts of Mall23 (boom7 has some AJAX too - PHP/JS tho).

But I definately think they are onto something...just need to tweak it and deply a version II for those of us who are too lazy to figure out all the percentages manually.

Pretty much how anything you buy in the store is... ::) ...cept produce or meat I suppose -- where you can actually see what you're buying...oh, that's not really a banana, you're trying to pull a fast one by selling me a pear!

Yeah I guess if your daily intake of protein is <100g, a little bit of cottage cheese works for every meal for every day for the rest of your life. But for those of us who'd like a bit of variety and who take in more than 100g/day...we need alternatives.

Cool! So what are you bringing to the table that someone on the team doesn't already bring? ...and I assume you're proven world-class at whatever it is -- like the rest of us.

Their waxy maize is a solid product, somewhat of a bargin too.

because it is not true waxy maize...strong info on their waxy maize being tested by an outside lab and its molecular weight being 4x what they say it is.

I buy 5 kilos (11 lbs) of protein powder for £40 here in the UK ($80). I get it from a one-off health food shop, not online so I guess I just hit lucky.
