Amino Reload HT

25% EAA
10% BCAA
5% leucine
5% creatine mono
5% glutamine
45% maltodextrine

For all three I think 45% malto is too much.  One most of his labels he uses about 10g of sugars per 32 gram serving.  That would make this about 30% malto or dextrose

I didn't check his label.  I guess either WM was too pricey and ruined his profit margin so he went with the cheap shit.  His recipe always stated Vitargo.  I wonder why he changed.

Use Waxi Maize.  Milos uses Vitargo which is pretty much Waxy Maize.
No he doesn't. Milos doesn't explain why he doesn't include a HMW carb, I'm guessing it's because it was too expensive to include.

EDIT: aah, I see you came to the same conclusion as me.

lol.  His orignal shake recipe state vitargo but the pricepoint probably wasn't there.  The sad thing was when he pumped his drink recipe he claimed that vitargo was the key to help quick digestion during a workout.  Regular sugar won't bypass the stomach like WM does.

what I don't understand is each serving has 12grams of carbs and 12grams of protein. So it would take at about 3 servings for a guy about of 200lbs. And considering that each tub cost $79.99 and contains 15 servings it is very cost prohibitive.
Here comes the money shot
