If it wasn't for Sami I could care less about the PDI, IMO he is their future and the only reason I bother to even pay attention to anything they are doing. They should clone him to gve the PDI more talent.

here i am 5 weeks out and i am 212 pounds and still growing and Cruising in my prep. feel so good this time working with ALI AMINI , not really tired or depleted.....thought of not posting any Pics this year but i guess there are lots of people out there want to see how we do it and how we look like from time to time and i am willing to share that with them... all what i can say is i will be at my best this time... to my fans.. SOON u gonna see me where i belong ... to my Haters.. u still gonna see me posting my pics till the day of my arrival to the shows

  PDI : they do things that IFBB cant do for the Athletes
 IFBB:  i am not BACK with them coz they dont want guys like me or BUI or Rodney st. Cloud

Oh really really sorry. I mean you look 100% done already with 212lbs. But do you think still not enough(I mean you have to go down your weight) to be on stage?
Because when i saw Dorians pic and Ronnies pic always i felt same. They were ready 5 week before the show. And they always showed up little bit smaller than 5 weeks before the show.. It means 5 weeks before,they considered they were not enough good to be on stage.

 today i am 214 and i never been better   i called ALI AMINI to ask him if we can take it easy or drop the Cardio... he said we gonna do some changes by next week..... i am happy with what i got but always i need MORE.. and today i was really LEAN but the GOOD thing is i gained weight  so i guess we gonna hit the 215 as MAX and then when it comes to one week out it will drop may be up to 210-208 i really dont know what ALI AMINI planing this time for the contest final touch but i FULLY TRUST him coz he did great with me in 2005 when i won Musclemania world Pro.....

i think you are close, in 2 years you will look like dexter, just with less striations, which is excelent anyhow. Expecially if you dont do no heavy drugs that cause stomack bloating like dexter. a bright future.
