BUT IN REALITY........
Any wrestler can destroy these stupid 800 calorie bs claims.... iv annihilated that myself a bunch of times... but heres a story....
First off my boy JP is known for his endurance... we ran cross country just so the school would have a full team (a deal so we could get in shape prewrestling season, but did not practice for cross ountry ONCE). He would consistently finnish in the top 10 against the kids who train all year round from other schools. Anyway....
During season he was a big weight cutter.... we had a new years party n he said fuck it and ate his ASS off and went up 16lbs! So anyway we have a match 2 days later. He lost the 16lbs of fat/shit/water plus the 4lbs he needed to make weight. 20lbs in two days, no diuretics, just bustin his ass! Didnt eat, and during the school day (he didnt go to class) the coach told us he maxed out the stairmaster 6x (45minutes at full speed!) Consider he was in full sweat pants, short, tshirt, hoody and his face covered by the hood! You cannot even imagine how many calories that possibly was... when he couldnt do any more he went n rode the bike in the boiler room! NOBODY i know is that tough, NOBODY... hes a friggen monster mentally for that! We all know it wasnt the healthiest (ok coulda killed himself haha) but somebody try to come close to that!
