He's a great bodybuilder with great lines, conditioning, tiny waist,  and full muscle bellies - so he has no hope with current judging criteria.

But when you're so hyped up (ahm...Lift Studios) and place 5th, it's a big Reality Check - he's not up against amateurs anymore, and his "pro wins" were against 2nd & 3rd tier bodybuilders.

In person Phil appeared to be around 5'9-5'10 and 220.  He looked awesome.  Not enough size to win the big one, but definitely world class.

KING got 6th at the Arnold once.  Fifth is nothing to brag about 

King was 4th in 2001. Dexter 5th, Titus 6th. Not the strongest line-up maybe because 1st was going to be a given with Ronnie competiting.

Phil is too small, some guys at his height have up to 40lbs on him. Hes got great lines and great arms,but other than that he would get dwarfed on stage.
