i'll say this, if he barbell squatted 405 for 30 reps to at least parallel i'd put that up there with Platz as some of the sickest squatting by a bodybuilder ever.

Actually when I was in highschool I would pray outside on the grass, dunno if people looked at me funny but some did ask wtf I was doing. Usuaully had a friend or two around me to tell 'em what I was doing so they wouldn't disturb me.

he placed some weight and on the bar and squatted it a couple of times, isn't that enough?

so what if he squatted 225 for 15, I mean come on..doesn't he get a curve for being short and weak?

so what if derek incline presses 225 for 6, based on him being short and weak combined with a ratio of 1.5, he can claim he inclined pressed 315 for 10.

multiplied by the internet strength monster multiplier..he can also claim 405 incline pressed for 6 reps...
