I have trained with both Mr. Florida and with Derik...you are not fit to carry their gym bag never mind throw insults at them.  Keyboard cowards.  Derik is a hard trainng drug free athlete that should serve as an inspiration to body builders who want to do the most with the genetics they have.  Stop the madness.
