Nevertheless I wanted to let you know that I totally understand the racist bullying sh-it you went through in school. In fact, I was one of the dozen Asians in a sea of several hundred anglo-chimps during Grade & Middle school and like you, the numerous attempted physical intimidations & open fights were the constants because I didn't back down then. That was also the fundamental reason why I started bodybuilding religiously. Seriously ... Australia is like one big KKK county turned country.

Anyways, "n'er-really-been pro" Bob and his gang of merry ass-eating maggots have been responding to your article "" with serious racial villifications. The way most of these normally rational posters suddenly hurling abusive epithets (e.g. gook, midget, references to GI massacre of Vietnamese, etc.) at you over your unapologetically honest & firm stance brings it to a new low for these chimps. Through my years of growing up among this kind of neandertals, such tribal behaviour once again proves to me the overwhelming & "emasculating" threat they feel whenever the "little" Asian man dares to stand against one of their own (Chick, an anglo). For right or for wrong, these vicious chimps will always find common ground to attack unyielding minorities especially Asians.

Growing up Asian in a white dominated society is about as close to living in Hell as it gets. Do protect & teach your son well. His trials are probably just beginning.

The aforementioned is an actual message received by a MySpace friend and GetBig.com member.  HOW FUCKIN' SICKENING!  All I wanted was to exercise my freedom of speech and leave knowing that I had left something to help others who do not know enough make better decisions about competing or not.  Bob and his bunch of "Chick-magnet" caught bitches are resorting to racial epithets since they can't intelligently handle me.  Bob if you are SO RIGHT about what you are saying, then "I CHALLENGE YOU TO A LIVE DEBATE ON YOUR CHOICE OF MEDIA".  I don't owe any of you an explanation, but your racial slurs (ESPECIALLY YOU BOB) only prove to EVERYONE (1) how much of a moron you are, and (2) how right I am about the REAL YOU!  Got balls Bob?  Bring it to a live forum … any time, any place!

"DEARTH" responded with the following:  1) having sex with a transvestite, 2) implicating family members with a personal stash of marijuana, and 3) squeling to the DEA like a little rat.  Taken direct from the post, it says everything that needs to be said.  Shawn … it's a very small world …YOU CAN'T HIDE … NOT EVEN YOUR LIES!  I noticed that you disappeared after "Dearth" stepped in … where are you now?  Hiding once again?  Before you respond, and if you respond, think clearly about this:  "Didn't you vehemently speak out against the IFBB during your pro days?"  And now all of a sudden, you are mutha-fucking me for voicing myself?  You fuckin' hypocrite!

 

What kills you bigots on GetBig.com is that you can't find a single piece of trash on me.  Why?  Because I learned how to be professional long before I started bodybuilding.  I guess you can't consider yourself professional if the highest academic achievement you've received is a promotion to the 5th Grade ... LOL.  You all used the world "delusional" a lot.  You are correct about me being delusional, but not about my thoughts and/or opinions … I was delusional about how admirable and healthy the sport was … VERY DELUSIONAL!  Yes I got in deeper than I wanted, but I made it out INTACT … with my health and with the rest of my AWESOME life ahead of me.  I am proud to say that I never gave into the popular practice of insulin and growth hormone … NEVER EVER!  Someone mentioned the dangers of diuretics and I totally agree with him.  The dangers are always present … EVEN WITH A DROP IN THE BUCKET USAGE!  Sure you can say that it is my word against yours as far as how much shit that I have used to prepare for a contest, but let me put it into perspective for you.  How many of you can run 2-3 miles after riding for 40 minutes on a stationary bike twice a day, every fuckin' day while you are "gearing" up for a show?  Do I have proof of that?  Hell yes!  I haven't stopped running as I run everyday, 365 days a year.  Don't believe me … then come and join me … ANYTIME!  For those who do not know, steroids cause blood pressure to elevate, along with many other physical abnormalities.  Trust me folks … if I was taking as much as the typical pro, there would NO WAY I would be able to run 2-3 miles twice a day at a speed of 6.5 – 8.0 MPH … NO FRIGGIN' WAY!  I have NEVER claimed to be 100% natural when I was competing, but I can say that NOW.  Don't believe me?  Who cares … YOU can keep thinkin' while I keep livin'.  The world needs to know the REAL world of bodybuilding.  I haven't had to substantiate much as the moronic bigots on GetBig.com have voluntarily done themselves in quite well.  As my title reads … "Birds of a feather …"

 

I was accused of using my son as an excuse to trash the industry.  Let me get something straight right now … and I have said it many times before, competitive bodybuilding was a constant struggle for me … morally, ethically, and at the very least financially.  Sure I knew taking performance enhancing drugs was dangerous to my health, but I justified it by taking less … sure I knew that it was "wrong" to take any drugs and jeopardize my health while working as a health and fitness professional, but I justified it by not pushing it on them … sure I knew that it would cost me rather than financially benefit me to participate, but I justified it by making it a marketing tool for my training business.  It took me a while, but I realize it NOW … the cons outweigh the pros heavily.  I enjoy competing, but only when it is competitive … not rigged.  What happened in Dallas at the Europa Super Show was my epiphany to get out with my life while I could.  My talents are not well-served in the IFBB.  I am not saying that I am better than anyone else.  I just have a lot more in my life that I want to, can, and WILL accomplish … WAY MORE!  You have not heard the last of me as I will continue to thrive and be a better role model for not just my son, but others to emulate.  I can not speak for everyone, but I will do my part to return the HEALTH to "health & fitness".

 

For the idiot who said that I was going to "deflate" after my competitive days … who are you fuckin' kiddin'?  I don't ever get small … I actually get stronger and easily retain my muscle after pre-contest diets.  "BIOTCH … go clean the diarrhea off that ass you call your mouth!"  Go do your homework about me before you vomit your hatred.  Since 2002, I have gained muscle every friggin' year … winning the NPC USA's in 2002 as a lightweight, the NPC Nationals in 2004 as a middleweight, and placing 8th as an IFBB Pro at the 2006 Ironman Pro Invitational at a bodyweight of 205.  So stop trying to discredit my accomplishments … YOU NOR ANYONE ELSE CAN EVER TAKE THAT AWAY!  Wait a second ... YOU BITCHES CAN HAVE IT ... I don't even want the "accomplishments".  Want something else to hate?  I am still 200 pounds even with my current cardio regimen and DRUG-FREE … "ENOUGH SAID BIOTCHES!"

 

In closing, I would like to thank all of you who have written in response to my recent blogs … you may not think it, but I actually read all of your responses and (good or bad) I take them to heart.  Fortunately there has been only one negative response and it was from someone who REALLY wants me to continue bodybuilding, so he resorted to calling me a "QUITTER!"  Let me just say one thing in rebuttal … a "quitter" gives up without trying.  I have simply walked away from a situation that is NEVER going to get better … only worse.  Have I tried?  Are you friggin' kiddin' me?  How many more lives must be wasted … how much more shit must be abused before YOU ALL say enough is enough?  Everyone else needs to listen up closely to my closing remark:  "You have plenty to tell me … why not tell them (IFBB, NPC, Bodybuiding.com, etc.)?"  Voice yourselves OR AT LEAST do not participate.  Without YOU, there is NO SHOW!  The "almighty" dollar runs the show ... cut it off and they will have to listen and respond.  Knowing what is right and turning a blind eye and deaf ear to it implicates you as well to the atrocity.  I am willing to bet most of those negative shit-talkers on GetBig.com do not even compete.  Shame on the racists … shame MORE on those racists who are suppose to represent the whole … like you Bob Cicherillo.  With that said, shame on Bodybuilding.com for pay-rolling Bob.  In business, when you payroll someone to represent you, everything that they say and do implicates you directly until you take corrective measures to remove the tumor.

He should have some facts and evidence of what exactly he thinks is unjust about bodybuilding/IFBB. Make a case (with solid facts, not hearsay) for why they need to change, and convince the younger generation, especially young Asians that it is not a worthwhile pursuit.

But instead he just went looking for sentimentality and a pat on the back.

The additional "S" was a minor example to point out. How about Bui's lack of proper paragraphs? His ellipsis overload? Just some quick points, showing how horrible a writer the guy is, and he claims to be some scholar and journalist? If he were what he claims, then he would ALWAYS have perfectly diagrammed sentences, perfect spelling and probably not even boast about being such a great writer. He uses words over and over again, which really you should change them up as to not confuse the reader.
For perfect grammar and what not, read a few of NPCChicka's posts over at MM. Or perhaps go back to school yourself? (J/K)
