alright. lay some knowledge on me
« on: August 27, 2007, 05:24:08 PM »
i am so fucking fed up with my genetics.   i had been dieting for over a year straight...finally got some abs (lost about 100 lbs of fat), and now its time to start putting on some muscle. so i decided i would eat alot; but just eat only the cleanest best foods. absolutely no simple carbs, no sugars, no bad fats (only fish oils) and only lena proteins. i workout every day for an intense one hour session, and i dont eat after 7 or 8 at night anyways...

i planned on starting to do this "bulk" in early sept. but i started dating a gerogeous female who really loves my body...and shes moving to finland for a few months, so i decided to get my bulk on a bit sooner; because im going to be dieting  for the second half to get back to decent shape when shes here at christmas.

well i started my "lean bulk" diet abotu five days ago...and i have been taking "tren extreme" during this periiod as well...    but s far i have gained abotu 15 lbs. 13 of which i am sure are fat; because my gut is flabby and my love handles/chubby cheeks have returned. i fucing hate my genetics!!!

so i am goign to run some gear. i want to use clen to get ripped...i heard that "t3" is good with clen. but i dont know what it is. and whats a good anti estrogen to take with these?

i really want to get that intense mindset while i am training in the gym like the tren gives me as well.

any advice you can give me will be grealy appreciated.

Everyone gonna Rip on you and - say Search ;)

Ok, here's the good news, you were fat and heavy. Your heart and CNS will support that much weight in lean mass. It can be done.

Quit working out that much, and that long if you want new muscle. Cardio & Low carbs (esp 1st thing AM on a empty stomach) Save your weight training energy to get your compound big lifts UP!!
THAT Puts Beef on Bones! Thats what we lift iron 4. Cardio burns fat.

Ok, T3 is Thyroid. Cytomel. Dont do this yet. This is a little to early to play w/ that.
Clen is a asma drug that burns fat nicely. Long acting, can have some very unpleasant effects.
YOU Do not need Anti Estrogens w/ these. That is for ANdrogen like test that"Aromatize" (Convert to Estrogen)

Personaly Im a lot better at scoring chicks than BBing. If you want to BB - do it for yourself! If a Girl likes you she likes you ;) They are not as much into apearance as young guys think.

Im no fan of Pro Hormones. I believe thats what your on...

As little as 400-500mgs of Testerone enanthate per week and 200mgs of Deca will have a dramatic effect on Your workouts and likely put 10-20 solid lbs on you in weeks. It tends to favor muscle accumulation vs Fat.

Nolvadex or Arimidex or Letro will prevent bitch Tits and keep water off. They will also blunt raw mass gains to a degree. In my (and most others) mind, you are either Bulking and swollen and holding a bit of water, OR you are in a contest prep type fat burning mode, doing your best to preserve the hard earned mass.

If you gave us a better idea of your condition it would help. Height, weight, strength levels, cardio fitness... some details...

Steroid CAN change your body for the better. It can make dramatic change pretty fast.
It also shuts down your natural Testo production. That, and things that help make the restoration of Nat testo smother (There WILL be a unpleasant glich, regardless) is really the most important things to consider before using. Your allready on a fairly powrefull product I believe. I dont know them all (PHs)
But I DO know EVERY human Steroid on the market....

Dont just dive head 1st into what you dont know.... Get a plan at least....

Trab makes a lot of really good points...take to heart what he told you.

Also, you said you'd been "bulking now for 5 days and that you believe that 13lbs of it was fat. First off, there is no way on earth you could have gained 13lbs of fat in 5 days...it's just not physically possable, so don't' beat yourself up about that. Keep in mind though that you've been dieting for a long time now, and so now that your not, your body is probably going to hold on to the extra food your eating like it never has before...don't sweat it though, this will subside after a little bit once your body gets used to eating again. Just don't over do it...reintroduce those extra foods slowly so as to give your body time to adjust...as well as your digestive system.

On your bulking diet, keep the protein high, eat moderate carbs and eat some good fats...just fish oil is not going to cut it. Fish oil is a great supplement, but you're interested in building lean muscle and good fats are just as important for this as the other nutrients...more so then a lot of people realize. Don't be afraid to add in some good fat foods, like whole eggs, lean beef, PB, etc.

Almost everything has been covered however i'm going to caution that you should always be eating, don't stop at 7 PM.  Diet looks like this for me:

6AM Meal (starchy cereal or potato and protein shake)

9AM MRP + Carbs (50protein, 60 carb)

12PM Meal (Steak or chicken or fish /w large potato)

3PM MRP (same as above but with bar not only a shake)

5:30 Pre training drink

6PM train

7:30 Post train meal (creatine 5g glutamine 10g protein 50g with simple carb i.e. fruit, honey, marshmallows :) )

8:30 Meal (chicken steak or fish with potatoe or rice)

10PM 1 cup cottage cheese 1 big ass table spoon natural peanut butter.

Totals Protein = aprox 350g  Carbs = 300g Fats = ??? (who cares, it's all healthy fat! :) )

Calories not including fats = 2600 cal.  + lets say 50g fat @ 450 cal

That last mean is of particular importance because it keeps your body metabolizing and building muscle all night.

P.S. I'm about 6'5" and 245lbs 15% BF
Git 'er dun!

Train 4 days a week 40-60 min per session, do 2-4 exercises per muscle group and 2-3 heavy sets per exercise. Do stuff like barbell presses, rows, squats, curls, skull crushers etc.

Eat a lot of red meat, good steaks have plenty of good stuff you need: protein, fats, b-vitamins, zink etc.

Sleep as much as you can and put an alarm clock on to wake you up middle of you're sleep and down a MRP and go back to sleep.

I'm not a big fan of "pro hormones" but i have heard lot of good things from this "tren extreme" if i were you i'd keep taking it and ad test 500 mg per week and as far as T3 of clen goes i'd forget about them, they can be pretty dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. Try Albuterol it's kind of like clen, but faster acting so if you run into problems you can bail fast. Start with 2 mg three times a day and work your way up.

You said you're girl is moving to Finland for few months. I'm curious is she finnish or why she's moving? (I'm finnish myself that's why i'm asking).

Many people blame things on genetics that aren't actually genetically induced.  What I mean by this is you can have a family of people who are all overweight.  This does not necessarily mean that they are simply genetically predetermined to be fat.  One thing that many people and many studies overlook are habits that are formed and learned by a family.  There are many small habits people do that have a huge effect on their bodies long term.  For example: Two people with the same body types and weight watch television for the same amount of time, one of those people lays down and gets comfortable and essentially doesn't move for the 3 hours he watches TV.  The other person sits up-right, he has a tendancy to bounce his legs when he is stationary, during commercials he gets up and walks around a bit.  He also drinks water while idle and gets up to refill the glass several times while watching TV for 3 hours.  If you asked both of these people what they did for the last 3 hours they would respond with "I watched TV" even though one of them burnt a lot more calories while doing it.  This is just one small example, if you really think about it are you being as efficient as possible when you do something?  This is one of those things that people either get or they don't get.  If you are reading this and say "That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard" then you probably cannot and will not understand what I'm saying.  You are also probably a lazy person in general.  If you read this and say "I never thought about it that way, I will pay closer attention to how I do things" I promise you that you can come up with a list of small changes in a week that will burn more calories and increase your appetite without feeling like you had to make any real change.

RDW

EDIT: BTW this is not saying that genetic predispositions do not exist by any means, just some food for thought.

thanks for all the info guys.

i think i will maintain my bf% untill i am done witht he tren extreme...than start to cut up again...get back to a decent bf%; THEN maybe run a little bit of the bulking products.

i absolutey hate fat; and i cont stand any jigglying or nonmuscle bulges on my body. its more important to me to have an attractive look than a big look; and i dont want my own natural t prouduction to fall...so i am not sure about running test. but maybe a small amount.

so guys....would you say clenbuteral, or albuterol???

By running the Tren you are suppressing HPTA allready...  Test will help to counteract the problems with that.  This is the reason you have gained 15 lbs allready.  You do not gain 15 lbs of Muscle in a week, you gain 15lbs of estrogenically induced water and adipose tissue.  Right now your body's test to estrogen ratio is out of whack because you are taking an HPTA suppressive androgen without Test which is why you are gaining water weight.  You need to either take test or an anti estrogen if you don't want to carry that water weight while you are bulking.

If you dont want to mess w/ your Natural Test feedback loop, then dont use Pro Hormones. They have all the negatives and not near as much benifits as REAL AAS.

*********************************************************************************
If your 18, I think you ought to train naturally for a good stretch before considering AAS.

*** Cardio on a empty stomach 1st thing in the morning before you eat, and cut back carbs. especially high GI carbs.
Thats the "fast" ones. They cause insulin spikes.  Drink only water. Eat good protine. At least 1gr: 1lb of BW.
More like 1.5grs.

Louls comment about Abuterol was that it's shorter acting drug, and therefore easier to pull the plug on it quickly if you run into problems.... Think about that a spell before you use anything..........
