4 weeks out contest

the idea is that many bodybuilders look their best 4 weeks out but some how manage to mess up come game day

with that said..here are the mandatory rounds for the "4 week out grand prix"


1. The tank top mandatory rounds

2. Pants around ankle double bi

3. posing in the kitchen most muscular

4. and ofcourse leaning against one your rented cars

5. posing with a smaller training partner to appear bigger

6. walking around at a expo talking "mad game"

7. and ofcourse the "thumbs up" mandatory pose

I think King might actually win this one."

anyone else care to suggest a round?

I don't see why everyone hates female bbers. Granted, I too prefer the Jessica Alba bodytype, but just once in my life to be manhandled by a strong, sexy woman trying to forcefully jam her 3 inch clit down my throat, turns me on to no end.
