and you are recommending this for a natty trying to stay lean?

you have to be kidding right? assuming around 400 calories per drink that is 1,200 cals...plus regular meals?

lol..you probably burn about 200 cal per work out..great way to bulk and get fat...also that is way too much creatine

I read one of Lane's paper where he stated that creatine that is used during a work out is what you injested yesterday, I am not sure about the validity but it was interesting reading.

Im not recommending it, am i? Someone asked if it worked, i said its been good for me, and someone else requested the info, so i just copy pasted it. Milos can clear all your doubts since this is supposed to come from flex magazine, written by him.

They made incredible gains in size - 0.1 nanogram of lean tissue in only 62 weeks...74.71% better than pizza and a regular coke.

Thanks for the quick reply, that tells me all i need to know.

I can't afford the $1,500 per session that he charges to ask a question

besides he has trained naturally since the Carter administration  (one of the funniest lines on getbig ever, I had to steal it)
Here comes the money shot

AAHAHAHAHA!!! "Carter administration".....I once a had roided up sauce monkey tell me, "actually I'm all natural....this whole drugs versus natural is dumb.....all of us are natural.   All the chemicals, supplements, food, vitamins and everything come from Earth.  That means I'm natural.....I just use drugs."

His product actually doesn't have any Waxi Maiz or Vitargo.  He only adds 10 grams of maltodextrin.  He dropped the calories in his shake big time.

I dropped CARB calories as CARB CRAZE would make many people avoid otherwise nutritional bom of the supplement (my line that is).
I add GATORADE to my PRE and DURING...and also advice additional carbs with both drinks - IF NEEDED!

Why did you replace Vitargo with Maltodextrine?  You'd get better absorbtion with such a small amount of Vitargo than you would with corn sugar.  That corn sugar will just spike your Insulin and create hunger cravings while you workout.  If you workout longer than 45 minutes that spike will crash and you'll feel like shit.

If you just stand up from the bench and pick up the weight to load the bar often enough within one hour of training you'll burn that much...

Imagine how much you could burn if you actually train?

Now imagine how much IF you train with me (giant sets)?

Milos makes a good point here.  You gotta put gas in the tank, man.

I never understood the rational of taking supplements while working out
by the time that it is digested it is time for the post work out shake

and for most "average" getbigger I can't see it making that much of a difference

*on a side note in one of Squadfather's post he mentioned Univeral Nutrition EAA. I gave it a shot, that shit makes any PWO shakes taste horrible..but after a while you get use to it
the way it was explained was that you get 20 times the blood flow than normal to a specific area while training. seems to be the optimum time to supply that area you are working and stimulating. using vitargo for a reason, it doesnt sit in the stomach and digest. it gets absorbed straight away and carried to where it needs to be.

try optimum nutrition bcaa (eaa). no flavor.

You guys are forgetting the difference anabolics and insulin will make. The average lifter drinking this stuff will gain some muscle, some fat but a Mr. O competitor can gain like 20 pounds of muscle in a few months given genetics and all the shit they're on. Don't believe me check ronnie from 96-97-98. I'm sure he wasn't just "training harder and sleeping more."

I bored everyone to tears insisting to EXPLAIN every little detail...But, I guess I need to do this AGAIN and AGAIN every time someone here asks me - as IF I have nothing to hide - why don't I just tell them the difference between my product and everything else?

I said about million times - do I need to do it once again?

Milos, a question: you said non-essential amino acids compete with the essential amino acids and reduce the anabolic effect. Why did you add arginine, ornithine and glutamine to the drinks then?

And what evidence do you have for non-essential aminos "competing" with the EAAs? Layne Norton who is a protein researcher challenged this claim but you never answered him.

I usually only drink water during my workout but this time I tried the milos shake.  I mixed some Nutrex Vitargo, some powder BCAAS and added Twin Lab liquid Aminos.  I started sipping before I started flat bench and by the last set I got a little stomach cramp. but I moved on  Then I was doing inclines and felt the shits coming on.  By the time I finished I did my first set of dumbell fly's , I had to drop the weights and run to the bathroom to take a crap.  Last time I try to ingest anything while I am working out.  No wonder all those fools on that Milos training video vomitted during their workouts.

I'll stick with water during my workouts and ingest this stuff afterwards.

The digestion process takes about 10 to 30 hours.
