flex magazine w.o. show or american muscle episodes?

anyone know where i could find and buy all of those flex magazine workout show episodes or the old espn show american muscle episodes back in the day like from the early 90's on video? just wondering. can't find them anywhere and don't know the production company for these 2 shows to inquire if they have them laying around.

wish espn or espn2 or fit tv would do these shows again and shows like flex appeal, and co-ed training and bodyshaping as well!

Man, I used to love watching Bodyshaping.....the fucking chicks on it were smoking.  :P

Who was the Juiced guy on that show.  Kind of looked like Lyle Alzado.  That black guy was gayer than a bag of dildos.
I cannot count how many times I cracked off to that beefcakes girlfriend on the show.  She was hot.

Yeah, that's right. There was the Juicer, the Chiropractor, the Goodrum (token black guy, who did aerobics), and the hotties. Man, Denise Paglia (sp?) in those tiny fucking swimsuits, sweating away........good times.

I know you can buy the complete Flex Magazine Workout Show on DVD at bodybuilding.com for just a mere $20!  :o
