  exactly, hockey players eat nails for breakfast. i tried playing once in utah while in college. baseball players cant handle period.  think Dave Wells could do anything slightly athletic at any level?

I see this guy paddleboards.  Check out this guy who is almost 50 and he is paddleboarding 1200 miles from Oregon to Mexico.  A couple years ago he ran 120 marathons in 120 days from Los Angeles to New York.

Hockey requires a certain level of athletism. Baseball doesn't.

not hating on you but you don't get it or don't know about the guy.  A couple of years ago...well back in 02 when the wings won the cup Chelli went head to head with Todd Bertuzzi and didn't give an inch....Bertuzzi is about as big as you can get in Hockey and Chelli took everything that guy could give and kept coming and coming at him, it was fucking awsome.  He's in his 40's and busts his balls and there is no way in hell that a MLB player could ever take the kind of abuse Chelli takes, ever.  he's one of the most physical d-men around and like I said he just keeps going and going.  The fucking guy rides the bike in the sauna for 45 minutes to an hour after games for god's sake...how hot is it in a sauna?  He's a monster in terms of mental toughness.
