Thats called a Thunderstick.  The handle is really big and it rotates.  So it is really hard to lift.  I had a contest at y show with this thing.  Not sure how much the winner did but it was less than 200 lbs. I think.

   I would say Squadfather has bigger arms than than BigJ, probably bigger shoulders too. Although there might be a height difference so it is hard to tell.
