I heard on Howard 101 news (Sirius Radio) that Nicole Bass is cash strapped and actually had to borrow cash from Howard Stern to pay some of her husbands outstanding tickets before he got himself arrested. 

Nicole stated that she would return to competing (and wrestling) to drum up some much needed cash

I actually heard that she was going to make her comeback at the Europa this year, but that didn't happen.  I'm not sure what show she may be planning on doing.  I believe her last show was the Ms. Olympia 1997?

I read an interview of hers in Muscle Mag about 3 years ago that was the last I heard.
She was in the Japanese wrestling ciruit or something and she was trying to arrange a fight with some guy who she hated................... .
Shame that things have gone so wrong for her and her hubby

I would never make such jokes, of course, but Nicole was always a good sport about it, and the Herman Munster laugh WAS hiliarious. 
Rememeber when Nicole went into the bathroom with Robin so that she could see what was going on downstairs?

I think its pretty cool how someone (female or male) might wanna be different than the masses and express themselves in a unique way, better than being like the average person IMO

Just because a woman has muscles does not make her any less of a woman and why do they have to fit into some preconceived mold of what they should be like?  Some men are threatened by this I feel.  Personally I think many of them are very sexy and feminine, but thats me.

Yes totally agree not many people at all are into it and BB will always be a niche sport. But I think its better that way then it can stay true to its form. I dont think the average guy wants to see men on stage posing in a thong.  BB IMO is really pretty boring as far as the night show goes. 

I do think the prejudgings are kind of cool though cause thats where everyone goes head to head and I have seen it get heated, its the sport of the whole thing other than the training that goes into it.  I really think the prejuding should be the show.  Will admit unless there is someone I know in the show who Im supporting I get bored to tears at the night shows.

I concur that drug testing would help appeal to a wider audience, which would then equate to increased opportunities for the women so it would benefit us as a group.

If one compares the state of US female BB, to some other nations that test, the popularity and acceptance levels are totally different, and I do think the testing and more feminine appearance contributes to this.

You are wrong if you consider Nicole Bass to be a fair representation of modern day FBB anyway.  She's the extreme in an already extreme "sport"...she's the second largest FBB pretty much ever I think.  She doesn't care about promoting or improving FBB....she's a character and she always has been, and that's where she makes her money.  If you think her look represents the current state of FBB right now, then you don't know anything about FBB.

There are alot of FBBs who are striving for a more feminine and "marketable" look (whatever that means in a "sport" that isn't marketable anyway  )...and several of them post on this board.  I think that most FBBs would agree that a good first step would be to get some respect for their accomplishments in the "sport"...and maybe recognition that there are some women with muscle out there who still look very much like women................... ........................ ....................just really hot ones.
