Am still holding on what i got and keeping things the way it is... getting a bit sharper, and rounder...

here is some shoots been taken last night but the lights wasn't that good so u wont see the condition the way it should be....

i will do Both NY and UK NOCs and the Europe tour as well.....

Looks like you will be spot on, all you need is to hit everything perfect those last 24hrs and your looking at a win. I don't see how anyone in PDI could be you at 100%.

Overall you need a little more size on your lats and hams, but overall you should be placing top 5 in the ifbb. Fuck the haters and the mass monster THIS is what pro bbing is all about, a physique that actually motivates guys to get in the gym and work hard. This physique isn't really attainable by most people, but it's something to aspire to and is pleasing to look at, while still showing a lot of hard work and heavy training to make the hardcore happy. Great physique, amazing I never heard of you in 14 years of bodybuilding till just a couple months ago. If you don't have a major sponser GET ONE and get some publicity!

but what I want to know is..why stay with PDI when you KNOW you're going to beat the competition each and every time. There is no way anyone will touch you, its like a gold medalist joining the special Olympics

Go to the IFBB, kick some ass, make some coin, and make top 10 at next years Olympia.

Dude give him a break the PDI Salaries I'M SURE won't be buying any bling....

All jokes aside IMO that physique needs to be in the IFBB. Sad that he will have NO one to be compared too.

Thank you all for the motivation,,,,, regarding IFBB and why i am NOT there!! its a long story but in short NO ONE FROM IFBB OFFICALLS contacted me to see whats the problem so it can be solved... if u want the fact they dont want to involve with our local federation....so IFBB wont bother,,, and the time i was going down and thought of not competing at all.. PDI opened the door for me and well comed me with open hands....

i dont mind being an IFBB athlete but if things can be arranged and keep what i have

i am part of PDI now and its my duty to stand and support them, with me coming at my best shape ever and push other guys to come harder is the main support....ohh calling me a gold medalist

well not yet, lets wait and see in 4-6 weeks from now...

Thanks Bro,,, i know i need little more size, and my trainer is working on Long plan that one day gonna shock lots of people...
i want to be the best Bodybuilder who comes from my Area (Arabian Gulf) and thats enough for me, the rest which gonna come still good but i am not that greedy person....the day that comes when i WIN a big show gonna be a great honor for my country that the population didnt get over a Milion yet

Jack is so BUSY this year with his new JOB...so he wont do any show this year but for sure he will be there
